Mr. Chastain was previously a partner in the health
care division of Blue & Co., a regional public accounting firm,
with offices in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. Mr. Chastain
retired from Blue & Co. in 1989 to become a business consultant.
Chastain
graduated from Indiana University in 1971 with a Bachelor's Degree in
accounting. Since 1974, he has been a licensed Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Indiana, and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr.
Chastain was employed by Opti-Med CR Labs, Inc. on a full-time basis
since from 1996 to 2001 and currently acts as an external auditor to
JLM Pharmatech.
